Space were appointed by McAleer & Rushe to supply and fit specialist glass partitioning and furniture in Marlin Waterloo, a mixed-use development in the heart of London.
The mixed use development comprises an apart-hotel building, 10-storey rear section and 7-storey wing at the front to Westminster Bridge Road, a restaurant, retail facilities and meeting centre. The provision of office suites on the lower levels, with a feature light void dropping into the basement area offers a lively work environment together with the social activity of the ground level restaurant.
