Space worked on one of Europe’s largest student accommodation projects for the University of Salford, Peel Park Quarter, in partnership with Graham Construction. Space was charged with supplying and installing furniture and glass partitioning following a challenging 90 week build programme.
The mammoth development, which now provides 1,367 individual bedrooms for students at the University of Salford, is split between nine residential blocks on two separate sites.
In addition to bedrooms, facilities include teaching accommodation, cinema, gym, energy centre, laundrette and conference facilities. The development is regarded as a game changer for the university.
